| CANCELLATION: |

To cancel your subscription, you may log into the Member Area
in our homepage and cancel your subscription under “Overview”,
or simply send us an e-mail clearly stating 1) your name, 2)
your email address and 3) the URL for cancellation at support@fullpromote.com
We will cancel your subscription within 2-3 working days
and send you an email confirming your cancellation. |

| REFUNDS: |

For our Advanced package subscribers, we guarantee a $100 refund
if your website was not included in DMOZ, Netscape. |

| PENALTIES: |

For Deluxe Quarterly package users, the termination within service
length should be bound with a $25 penalty. |

For monthly package user, your termination shuld
be seven (7) days in advance before next billing, or your credit
card will be normally charged. |

Your payment is non-refundable, but the cancellation
